She's very hot...but the game,not quite.
The game begins with a flashback when lara was very young & had a plane-crash in nepal.She was with her mother in the plane & she didn't died after the crash.At the crash site,her mother found a sword stuck in a rock-she tried to pull it.Then,something happened-a portal opened & she was gone.since then lara was searching for her mother.
the first level takes place in bolivia,also the place where the game ends.
she is searching for king arthur's sword,but after she gets seriously involved in the action,she finds out that there are 4 pieces of the sword so she goes globetrotting for them-in ghana,japan,kazahstan,england,nepal & peru.one of the pieces is the ghalali key,a pendant that,surprisingly her mother wore it.so lara goes back to nepal to that crash site to grab it(level 7).another piece is in japan,at mr.takamoto.the 3rd piece is in kazahstan & the 4th one in england at king arthur's tomb.combining the pieces,re-vives the sword which has great powers.(it can fire with a green wave:))
during the game,we have another flashback,with her friend amanda when she drowned in front of lara's eyes.so,lara is also searching for her friend,she thinks that she didn't drowned after she found one of her boots in peru,the place where she drowned.during the game,lara finds out that the demon who chased them in peru had possesed amanda's soul,trapped her but also saved her life.now,amanda is lara's friend no more.she is the one that knows where lara's mother is.lara fights amanda at the end of the game & finds out that her mother is somewhere in avalon.the story continues in tr-underworld.
this is the first tr game where the action takes the place of the puzzles,but not 100%,of course that they still are...
the graphics are great,the music is ok & the gameplay is full of buggs & glitches:(.my favourite level is kazahstan,where she takes on a military base,rides a motorcycle to catch a train etc-it's like the feminine version of james bond,especially in that level.
the game has somehow a low replay value.i personally got bored of it after i finished it once!surprinsingly,the best part of the game is at the croft manor i think-greatest training level i ever played(along with the croft manor from anniversary).
the boss battles are stupid-that's enough said about them.
during the game,your friends zip & allister are helping you with hints through radio-comunication.now that's stupid!the puzzles are few & you are also helped?that's so wrong!this thing sould have happenes,i don't know,maybe in the last revelation-a very hard game...well,nevermind,what's done is done!& i'm done with this game.maybe i'll play it again only once,in the whole lifetime.too bad,because lara is very hot & the action is everywhere.
