A Tom Clancy game that somewhat strays from its advanced warfighter origins, and a little to arcadish for a TC game...

User Rating: 7.5 | Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier PC
I was waiting for this game for a long time, but when I started playing it...it felt a tad bit awkward. Dont get me wrong, the game itself is well constructed, but some cracks are still waiting to be fixed.
GRAPHICS
+Good immersion- The game has one of THE BEST animations Ive ever seen, how the soldier interacts with the environment is well done. That being said, the game feels like a whole cinematic for me, and just like how they presented Splinter Cell: Conviction and the Assassins Creed series. Also, animations like getting pinned, opening doors and breaching were immersive
+DX11 and improved DoF- The depth of field is very well made, and usually takes a large chunk off your processing power. The DX11 also gives off awesome textures and DoF
+Physics- The game has destructive environments, but not really noticeable
-Adaptive Camo?Graphic glitches- The adaptive camo graphics were BAD and in some cases there were artifacts all over the game. Textures would also be missing at times and would mix. There was also that weird wall of brown textures that we went through when chasing that Russian chick
-Vision?BOO! The NV graphics are bad and in some cases and textures tend to be flat at night time.
-Exoplosion effects- The explosion effects are mediocre, something that you would find in all action games today today...boring
GAMEPLAY
+By far! best cover system!
+Realistic damage to infantry- What I loved about TC FPS/3PS is the way you can kill people with 1-3 shots.
+Coordinated kills- You can order for a sequence kill where all 4 of you can take out 4 guards at once, its a very good option for stealth missions
+UAV's/UV's- You can send a drone to monitor enemy activity and can also turn into a crawler and burst EMP's. This is useful again for stealth missions
+Weapon customization- You could practically modify 90% of your gun parts, nuff said :D
-Limited weapon choices- There are not a whole lot of guns in the game, I would prefer more variety
-Vision techs- The vision equipment such as NV and Magnetic can make the game insanely easy! This is because the NV paints targets for you or the magnetic vision can make you see through walls and cover.
-Over powered weapons- With the 2nd con into account weapons tend to go through alot of objects quite easily, including low caliber SMG's which is weird
-BAD game facts- I could take out a T-90 tank with 5 mortar rounds and a BTR APC with 6 grenades, the revive function is also added....in a TC game! nuff said...
-Relatively stupid AI- The only thing that makes the AI dangerous is their damage thats it! Ive experienced some moments where soldiers would run towards me with shotguns and would stand there 5 seconds before shooting. Some AI also uses cover horribly and usually makes very bad decisions. Also, your AI teammates only work when the enemy is really close or if you ordered them to do something.
-Animations take too long- Though it looks cool, opening a door never TOOK THIS LONG. The animations are rehashed and rehashed all over again that it can get repetitive and time consuming. There is also points in the game where they stop talking for 10 seconds before starting a new line which is frustrating.

The game for me had too much influence in arcade style gameplay that if forgot aspects that made advanced warfighter great, it also seemed to have that movie like storytelling that most FPS have today. Though having many flaws in the gameplay section, I enjoyed the gunfights very much and they are very realistic. The cover system of the game is also one thing that has to be tried by gamers, because its the best cover system ive ever seen so far. The graphics seem to be clunky but it would still present amazing graphics in many areas
