The Way is a dark, ambient platformer with a great little story.
The story and style is reminiscent of 90's era PC games like Monkey Island or Loom, and much like the SNES game Flashback. I have to say the musical score is spot on with the story and events.
While the length of the game feels a bit short, the story spins quite a tale that spans a longer period of time than I expected.
The gameplay is my only gripe, it's a bit clunky with the jumping/landing controls and some of the abilities are hard to control. I have heard that this NS remaster is a great improvement on the original game, but I have not tried the original.
