Expect big things for this game.
I originally started out thinking that I was only interested in the movie-making aspect. How wrong I was. The playability of The Movies is great. The challenges throughout to unlock all the movie-making feaures, sets, props etc leaves you wanting more. It's so easy to become completely immersed whilst playing.
As for the movie-making aspect, it really is quite amazing. There's so many shots and scenarios you can choose. The only thing that I think it lacks, is more sets and props. But that will come I'm sure!
If you've got 50 odd bucks to waste, then you better buy The Movies. It's definately worth it.
