An Action Game That Is Great, Even for Those Who Dislike Action Games

I will be the first to admit there are a few things that ward me off games: 1) Games based on: -Movies -TV Shows -Twin Sister Celeb's 2) Action games 3) Vin Diesel So needless to say when I say this game it had two strikes and a foul tip against it, but it was a gift so I figured I would be nice about it and give it a try, and I am glad I did. The Graphics are stunning, there is no other way to put it the graphics in this game put all other action games to shame. There are some portions that just floored me. There is nothing more I can say other then pure perfection The gameplay is good, it takes a new approach to this action genre and is no doubt something that will be stolen and copied for a while to come, I found pulling off some of the movement was a touch tricky but I can chalk that up to the learning curve more although I still have mis ques from time to time. The Sound was good, the depth of sound and pitch was excellent, a noise 10 feet away and one 20 feet away sounded different and it took full advantage of the 5.1 system something I like to see out of my games. The Voice acting is something truly amazing very well done, not generic in the least which is rare for the "Bit parts" in video games each prisonner sounded different and was very different in their actions which again is something of a rarity in action titles From a Value standpoint I have a hard time ranting and raving about a game that is 15 hrs long, yeah it has some replay value but I don't think its fair to assume everyone will want to play it more then once, Overall a suprise hit, that suprised even me ! -Z
