The Bouncer serves as an interactive movie. I think Square probably said "hey let's show off the graphics and cinematics we can make for PS2." And I guess they pulled it off very well. Although this game is short, and when I did defeat the last boss I thought "hey cool, Im ready for another chapter of this game" then it really turned to be the ending, this game is not disappointing because of its length. Atleast you get to take your rewarded unlockables and put them to use in the multiplayer mode. What's a drag is that you have to play the story mode over and over again to allocate enough points to put the characters stats up and learn moves, but atleast in your replaying of the game (has wicked replay value) you can choose a different character per scene and fight and have the story unfold even more. Since you've got 3 characters, you got 3 perspectives of the story to deal with so I thought that was pretty cool. The game is really really short and is just a show off to what graphics the PS2 can produce, but that's not the letdown, the letdown is that you can't play the story mode in co-operative TWO player mode. Aside from that it's all good.
