Spider-Man's 3D Adventure is Somewhat Cool.

User Rating: 7 | The Amazing Spider-Man 3DS
There have been amazing spiderman games for the last decade. Web of Shadows, Spider-Man 2, etc. Then there's this NOT so amazing video game for the 3DS System. Its entertaining, the graphics are ok, but only passable.

Now nintendo doesnt deserved to be hassled for lack of free roam-- Beenox aparently wanted to save money and cut out sandbox fun from both the Wii and 3DS versions(the 3DS version was ported to the wii), and is, the number one, in my opinion, "let down games of mid-near late 2012. But now that I have my opinions out of the way... let me explain the almost- amazingness of this good game.

The cutscenes are okay. The combat is sensational. I mean, sure you're spending most of the time mashing the Y button- but peter's acrobatics are pretty cool. the story basically continues after the imprisonment of doctor connors in the last movie- and now Alistair smythe has been placed on the list of Spidey's "to beat up" list. Lizards will be fought, indoor stealth takedowns will be performed(by choice, if you like), bank robberies will be stopped, cross species ana. Also, the 3DS exclusive vigilante mode has been added and a few unlockable costumes are there for... well, unlocking.
Outdoor missions can also be completed. You can get a solid 8 hour play time out of this game.

All in all, this game is quite fun. Lack of free roam sucks---
But its still ALMOSTamazing.
