I beat the game like 7 times and guest what? Im still playing it. Best of the best for psp.
Your 2D adventure RPG, good visuals, great story, awesome fun gameplay, with alot of extras and mini games. In other words "Tales of Eternia" is a game for people who like their games "well done" with some dessert after. Even thou "Tales of Eternia" is in 2D, it does not lack viuals at all, the world is well drawn with good detail witch can be plesant, and fun to explore. A good number of likeable characters and great voice acting witch keeps the story intresting, and wanting you to play more. The gameplay is similiar to a 2d fighting game but the whole gang is on the screen fighting monster doing awesome combos. The game also offers alot of extras, like unlockable difficulties, team attacks, item collections and more.
-GAMEPLAY
Awesome and flashy, thou in the beginning in the game can be very dull due to the two hit combos, but as you get stronger you learn new skills chainning them together with other characters, your psp screen will light up doing outragious combos, spells, and summons ("Ifirt" is my favorite). With the large verity of customizing your party in countless ways, battles are always intresting and fun, boss fights are very engaging. After beating the game you can start "New game +" witch allows you to set a new difficulty "Very hard" and "team attacks" mixing a character's spells with another character's skills for new combos.
-STORY (NO SPOILERS)
A great story with likeable characters with great voice actting with all of this it makes you want to continue playing the game from beginning to end. Most games like this you play as the character who saves the world some how but in this game you have to save 2 worlds from colliding together by teaming up with creatures known as "The greater Cramels" each with their own elements.
Along the way you meet new Charaters who will help you on your mission to save both worlds.
-SOUND
good not much to say about it. But the music is great for a game like this all well rounded.

One of the best RPG's for PSP, with the fun battle system, to the epic story, and extras you'll play this game again and again. I beat it about 7 times and im still playing it from over time. I remember the first time I played this game, I wanted to return it right away but with in less then an hour it went from "OK" to "ALRIGHT" then from there it went from "GOOD" to "AWESOME". Then it became one of the best RPG's for psp. I love the summons, and the crazy combos, and cooking for the party. I could go on but im going to have to cut it
