The best Star Trek game ever, but that isn't too difficult.

Ah... Star Trek: Voyager. I remeber years ago when that show was the best thing on TV. So, natuarly, I picked this game up because I had heard some good things. Based on some games that carry the "Star Trek" name, I was not expecting much. But, alas, I was treated to a fantastic game that is the biggest piece of Star Trek fan candy(in video game form) ever. The story was great, the action was fantastic, and the voice acting was top notch. Only complant I had was that your weapons share ammo. There are three catagories: Federation, Phaser, and Crystal ammo. Phaser ammo recharges and never runs out, and is only used by one weapon. Federation and Crystal ammo work with Federation and alien guns respectivly But you only have 300 points that work with all of the weapons of these catagoreis. So unless you use the less powerful weapons, you run out of ammo pretty quick. At that point your screwed.
Also, this game had one of the best ending boss fights I had ever played. You get a weapons boost right before you fight the thing, and you suddenly have 999 points instead of 300. What a great feeling knowing I could shoot up the place and have ammo to spare.
All in all, If youre a Trekkie gamer, get it. If not, move not. It' s not good enought to purchase if you're not going to get half the references.
