I bought this game a while before the movie came out and was fairly satisfied with the overall experience of the game. The game gives you a few incitful cinematics from the actual movie which helps you to get inot the game and get a good feel for the story. The game allows you to swing from buildings by shooting your web, you can beat up goons using a variety of fighting moves, as you progress throguh the game you find golden spiders. These spiders unlock knew and deadly combat moves. Throughout the game you get to do a variety of interesting levels that take you deeper into the spiderman story rather than just the main movie stuff. You get to fight 4 or 5 different bosses including, green goblin, hunter, etc. You get to do everything that spiderman does in the movie plus more. There are some pretty cool cheats to try out once you've beaten the game. For example you can play as green goblin and fly on his air speeder, which has machine guns and rockets. I will say though that it's a pretty easy game to beat. The game does tend to get a bit repetitive at times. If you really wanted to you could probably beat the entire game in 6-8 hours. Which isn't too bad really, but once you've beaten the game there's really not much else to do. all in all it's a pretty fun game, fairly good gameplay, and additional story. I would say rent this game. Because once you beat it, it's retty much done.
