This is in fact the first game I've ever played and I was 5. I was absolutely terrible at the game and never beat it. now it's 10 years later....I still never beat it. This is one of the hardest games I've ever played, but it is one of the bests. I love the funky yet calming music, the blur of a blur hedgehog, and the fact he has a potbelly. This game (along with Sonic 2) brings back so many memories of agony sng joy. I have gotten to the final boss....just never beat him. although I did only get 5/7 chaos emeralds, so maybe that would help. I love how much speed you can get in this game even for a Genesis.The imense platfroming in a speed game surpasses anything I've ever seen; even Mario's platforming can't top Sonic's high speed, high difficulty tracks of Green Hill Zone and Marble Hill Zone. When end comes to end this is one of the BEST platfromers in the gaming world!!
