It's a classic on the go.

Yeah, I know this game got bad reviews. But I'm a generally nice person when it comes to video games that were not well-received. So, after watchin' a couple videos, I decided that this game was good enough. I picked it up and popped it into my GBA.And here's what I think:
This game is underrated! It was a great way to celebrate Sonic's 15 anniversary. It looks a lot better than people say it is!!! So, let me start off with a normal good/bad list:
THE GOOD
*Plays almost as good as the original *Is portable *has a modest save feature *unlockable jukebox *new spindash feature makes the game faster
THE BAD
*game slows down sometimes *save feature doesn't save your Chaos Emeralds *regenerating enemies can be a pain if you forget to kill them

This game is basically like the original. It's an exact port, with the spindash added, but you can choose to play without it if you want. The main complaint with this game was the slowdown. But seriously, the only slowdown that really was noticeable was in Labyrinth and Scrap Brain Zone, where the most action occurs.
Other than that, It's pretty straightforward. The music is basically the same, and it appears to sound like a mix of pipes and other out-of-place instruments. Some actually sound a little more catchy than the original, and there's an unlockable jukebox where you can listen to sounds and music.
So there you have it. I have just given a 6.5 to an extremely poorly received game. But, that's me. So, I'm gonna zip off and play a classic on the go.
