Sonic's 2nd game on the Genesis and it is said to be the best Sonic game of all time. This game is great it looks great it plays great. I still love playing this game today. (Story)The story on this game is you being Sonic and out to stop Dr Robotnik from finishing his deadly fortress the death egg and as like in the first game collect the 7 Chaos Emeralds.This game also features the debut of Tails, Metal Sonic and Super Sonic. Plus there are a total of 2 different endings. (Graphics)The graphics on this game are brilliant the back grounds looks good as does the detail of the badniks and the bosses. (Sound)Sound on this game is superb every song on this game is a tune that you will here your self huming in the day to yourself. (Value)you will want to play this game again and again and the fact that you can turn into Super Sonic if you get all Emeralds is great. (Gameplay)Very easy to just pick up and play. Gameplay here is perfect. The special stages have made a big upgrade from Sonic 1. Now you move around in 3D on a road collecting rings and avoiding bombs. You have to get a certain amount of rings to get the Chaos Emerald. Plus you can now play as Tails instead of Sonic if you want and there is a good 2 player game on here. There are now only 2 acts on a level now (exept for a certain level near the end of the game) than 3 but it makes up for that by haveing a lot more levels than it did on Sonic1. (Overall)This is a brilliant game and possibly the best Sonic game.If you havent played this game yet GET IT and play it.
