Now I have played Temple Run clones on my iPod and Sonic Dash is one of them. Sonic Dash which stars Sonic the Hedgehog, the fastest thing alive. This game lets you run around different environments as Sonic while you try to get the highest score possible. I think as a Sonic game, this is the right direction for Sonic as he loves to run so this game is a perfect fit for him, but as a Temple Run clone, it does not quite meet the standards of Temple Run. The reasons for this include the numerous lag spikes which also happens in Subway Surfers, the odd crashing problem, the odd glitch when you Spin Dash into an enemy but it doesn't get killed and at times... the unresponsive controls!!
This game is good as it has the Sonic Boost, the tricks section, the different environments, the kick-ass music and the gameplay in general but I don't think this game can actually dethrone Temple Run. But other than that, I like this Sonic game and it would be good for a Sonic fan or casual gamer.
