this game is really addicting, it is hard too, but there r somethings wrong with it

I've been playing this game for about 1 or 2 years now, it is a great game and addicting but there are some things that i don't like very much about it... like when i download something that unlocks all the weapons and badges and stuff like that i get banned if i use it on-line, when i try to connect to the internet, a box that says: Connection failure! The network cable is disconnected.... but its not! i just played another on-line game before i tried this one on-line and it didn't give me any trouble or said that the network cable is disconnected or anything like that, then i try this one and it says that it is! that is one of the things that i hate about this game. i would recommend it to a lot of people, but if they don't have a REALLY good network connection then don't try to play it on-line unless u connect the cable to your modem.
