Never played a skating game on 360 but im glad i did.
In the beginning you make your own team,and as you progress you gain a maximum of 4 members to your team. The game itself is pretty easy to learn,the controls are fluid and its very fun using the right stick for tricks. for first timers like me it will take a little getting used to the controls like making the perfect grinding or timing the a perfect ollie.
The game also has a myriad of customization options like shoes,shirts,hats,decks,wheels which are all very cool.
The challenges are fun but some are frustrating like pro challenges where you go one on one with a pro or own the lot which involves doing numerous objectives which can be tough at times.nonetheless its still a very fun game.
Although sometimes civilians literately get in your way when try to complete a challenge which is very very aggravating.Another problem is the online,o god these guys are experts online,there is no ranks system so you can be a total noob and be forced to play against a board flipping master.This really gets on my nerves,there should be a rank system so you can be paired up with players on your skill level.You can also make your team which is real fun,and ofcourse the park creator is awesome you willl spend hours creating a park and uploading it online.
There many different types of challenges like own the lot which i mentioned,own the spot,hall of meat which is hilarious,tranny contests,death race and many more.
All in all skate 3 is a solid and fun game despite its online problems,any skate fan or skate newcomer like me will definitely enjoy this one.
