Another classic point and click from Benoit sokal although not as glamorous as Syberia but still interesting

There are some interesting innovations in game play which is the first time they are used in a game including a puzzle like system to track the progress of the murder case which is implemented carefully and an improved categorization structure of important crime related evidences. The graphics are same as Syberia series without noticeable progress and it seems even the same engine so although they are pretty 2.5 D graphics but they are outdated for a game which is strange from someone like Benoit sokal. I have almost finished the game and there is a bug in final stages of the game and unfortunately this bug will lead to an unrecoverable graphical crash and there is no official English patch for it yet (only German, French and Italian patches are available). The atmosphere is original with too much yellow or gold colors and plenty of rain and storm on the island. Characters are likable and somehow tricky and mysterious but the story is not well written and is predictable even for new adventure players. The game does not offer any mind challenge to the player and there are no puzzles at all which seems rather boring for some hardcore adventure fans but this is sweet for those of players who want less thinking but faster story developing like me. In total i recommend this game as another above average adventure in these times of adventure games with limited value and don't expect to see another syberia just because there is Benoit sokal`s name on this game cause despite some similarities this game is far behind titles like syberia.
