One of the best games for the PSP

This game is great, you get to go to many places, some pretty good cut scenes (even though there are only 4 of these cut scenes in this game), there are also many endings one of these shows what the main character, Travis, did that was so bad that he had to get stuck at Silent Hill. This game has a great story (but doesn't every Silent Hill game), and it also has some very cool puzzles (at the movie theater you get to choose 1 of 3 scenes that goes on stage then you have to use the mirror to go into the stage). This game also keeps the horror of all the Silent Hill games, in fact when you turn the game on there's a message that pops on the screne that says that it's best played with headphones and the lights off. The game has bosses, and I mean 4 bosses in which 3 of them are really cool. There is more than 14 unlockables in the game, there are 14 costumes and secreat wepons but after you beat it for the first time you unlock the extra options. This game is only $30.00!!!! This is a pretty good price since most of the new PSP games are $40.00 Get this game.

Even though there are so many good things for the game there are also some bad things that I found. The first one is that close to the end when fighting the butcher he threw me at the wall and I got suck and he couldn't hurt me and I coundn't run (I finally restarted the game), Also I got lost in the second place you go because I couldn't find a key and I also had to back track just to get the code for the cash machine in the bookstore it's 213. This game is also short, I beat it in 3 hours 45 minutes on my first try, and 1 hour 42 minutes on my second try.


This game was origionally suposed to come out last winter but they had to redue some of it, like taking out the barricade system and some other things that I was looking forward to.

GOOD
+ Graphics, these rock and since the PSP is a portable system these really push what the PSP can hold for graphics
+ Many bosses
+ Lots of unlockables
+ good price
+ Great horror atmosphere

BAD
- I found some gliches like when you fight the butcher close to the end of the game
- Some of the puzzles are difficult and hard to do ( this includes having to write down some of the things you read to solve the puzzles)
- Short, this game is very short, in fact all of the Silent Hill games are short, this game also has an unlockable for beating it in under 2 hours.
- Some stuff got taken out of this game and not left in from the origional version.
