Pros: The Difficulty level is just right, Some good scares, Music and sound effects do a great job of adding to the experience and mood of silent hill, A good number of puzzles, A variety of gruesome monsters, Areas are full of hidden items and weapons which means you are rewarded for exploring, A fair number of unlockable costumes and weapons that can be achieved by finishing the game while meeting certain criteria(like looking at your map less than 25 times).
Cons: Action system is repetitive, Health is sometimes difficult to monitor, Story is a little vague, graphics in the cutcenes are not very good.
Conclusion: . If you enjoy games with more of an in depth action system and a straightforward story this game might not be for you, but if you're willing to look past that and a moody game that features a variety of puzzles, monsters, and mystery sounds good to you, I recommend you check out Silent Hill Origins.
