Silent Hill has been around since i was a teen or for some the ps1 days and since then its had its ups and downs. but in comes silent hill downpour or for some silent hill 8 and like a bat out of hell this game will take you for a joy ride of fear. right as you press start it feels your on one of those rollercoasters you see during Octobers Halloween fear fest as this game will play with your mind and twist your world around. you play as Murphy Pendleton a good guy with a life that went down the trash now hes in jail doing hard time but for what exactly? well his son was murdered. and the guy who did it is in jail with you what a coincidence? maybe or maybe not but thats what will be the story for this game you start out what looks like you killing him in the jail shower dont drop that soap. jk but did Murphy act kill him? well i wont blow the story the game will get to that later on anyway on a trip to your new prison your bus crashes but not in Silent Hill. but 1 mile but in my book prison seems like a much better place now your in well a place that seems like hell. anyway this game sticks to what makes a good survival horror game around every turn horror awaits that good something that makes you jump out of your skin the graphics are very good and give you something to look at as theres detail all over the place. and side quest are creepy and give the game replay val and with about 6 to 5 endings theres reson to re play it verdict 8.5 the good creepy looking. ture survival horror. good graphics. solid story. has replay val. the bad loading screen sometimes slows the gameplay up. combats lacking a lil bit. sometimes you get lost.
