Old school Tenchu fans should love this game, everyone else, perhaps not so much. Flawed but fun ninja action on the go.
As I have said above if you have played any of the Tenchu series and enjoyed them then you will likely enjoy this game. The controls work well once you get used to them and there is strong replayability. There is new game + with upgrades carrying over, it would take many playthroughs to fully upgrade your ninja. A large variety of skins are unlocked after you complete the game allowing you to play as an assortment of characters or even as a bear!
The addition of 3 different lords/factions is nice as you must choose who you will serve and this impacts on what missions you are given. As per previous Tenchu games stealth works well, and combat is fine once you get the hang of it but nothing spectacular.
If you are on the fence about this game give it a try it is good fun and very much underrated.
