It is easy to pick up, easy to play, and there isn't much time necessary to learn the game in and out ( Controls, Objective, Buying and Selling Bikes, etc.) The tracks each offer differing difficulties, from very simple to nearly impossible. There is a campaign mode where you start off with a crappy bike, and little cash, or a "quick play" mode where you can start as a pro with the best bike, weapon, and a lot of cash. There are some weapons including a chain, baton, your fists, and you feet. You can ride on city sidewalks, nock cops off of their bikes, hit pedestrians, and launch into the air over hills. The game is pretty fast paced, and it can be very disappointing when you lose, or get arrested. Overall, a great game, that is Still better than some games today (omitting graphics ;D).
