I'm not sure if I'm qualified to review this game because I've never actually played it more then 15 minutes at a time. See, the 3DO cost like $500 and there was no way my parents would ever buy it for me. So, the only time I got to play it was at in-store displays while at Best Buy. Lucky for me, we spent a lot of time at Best buy. Unlucky for me, there were either people waiting behind me or my dad would tell me it was time to go so I never got to play for very long.
However, when I actually did get to play Road Rash on 3DO it was amazing. I was blown away by graphics after having obsessively played Road Rash on the Genesis. The box for the 3DO on the shelf would call to me and tell me to buy it and put the Road Rash disc inside it. But, I knew it was never meant to be. So, I craned my neck upwards and just marveled at what I was seeing.
They also had that game with Tia Carrera. It was pretty cool to look at but not very fun.
