This is the best RTS ever made, enough said.

Rise of Nations is a yet another great strategy game from Microsoft. So many RTS games are available today it makes it tricky to distinguish average RTS games from real gems. This is one of those gems. Upon first sight the game seems a lot like Age of Empires II which it is, the graphics are immediately but the gameplay is very different, and lots better. The graphics are much better than AOE2, and even look good today. The gameplay, however, stands out over the graphics.
The sound effects are very good, but i don't have any real opinion on the music, so I will still give this game a perfect 10.
This game is incredibly good value, as both the single player and online modes can keep you entertained for hours.
I would recommend this game to any fan of the RTS genre, as it is an unmissable game. The only bad point te game has is the sudden jumps in difficulty from each level, as it is hard for beginners to progress from Easy to Moderate.
