i love RE4
RE4 has got to be one of the best in the series. its changed soo much, in a good way though, the new firing system makes the game soo much more fun, and give u a different variety as to how u can kill your enemies. for instance u can shoot them in legs soo they fall and then run up to them and cut em to conserve ammo. or u can shoot them in the head a few times run up and kick the crap out of em.
The story takes place 7 years after the raccoon city insident. but some how kinda makes its way into the game. your leon S kennedy and your lookin for the presidents daughter. intellegence reports a girls who looks similar to ashley in europe or somwhere around there. the game jumps right into the action as your attacked by a villiger with an axe. then others kill the police officers that u were riding with.
Im not going to give away the whole story but i have to tell u its one of the best by far.
The PS2 version seems to play just like the GC, the graphics are awesome the gamplay is spactacular. they add a few ne wepons in the PS2 version like this laser gun (i havent gotten it yet) which u can buy for 1million lbs dollars or what ever they use there. its a one hit kill and very cool. u also get to play as Ada Wong in a side story called seperate ways which offers the answers as to who rings the bell in the beginning of the game and so forth she also gets a new shoty and crossbow which is really cool.
All in all the game is superb, if u havent gotten it yet ill kill u, i mean u need to get NOW!!!
