This game is spectacular

I've owned my copy of Remember Me for a while now and I've completed it around 2 times now. Recently I decided to pick up the game again and see if it lived up to how I remembered it, and I can say it does. The one major thing about the game that stands out to me is the soundtrack. It matches the atmosphere and level design amazingly and its adds that extra bit of ambience to the game. The gameplay itself is good, not amazing or brilliant, but good. It has average framerate, I noticed a few times it stuttered during cutscenes but whilst actually playing the game, the framerate seems pretty settled. The game is a beat-em-up/platformer. There is not much on the exploring side of the game, its mostly sticking to one path and continuing aka no backtracking if you missed something important. The level design is meh, it's not the most rememerable of designs as its quiet dull and bleak in some areas and at parts it feels quite tight and uncomfortable but all in all its bareable. The story is good, some points it can be confusing and slight plot twists tend to take it off the path but it is understandable from some points. The graphics and character design is amazing for a 2013 game, apart from the main character, Nillin's, hair which looks like a bloody mushroom with a white stripe in it. But in conclusion the game is a really good one for what it is, the combat and action and soundtrack are what make the game how is it. I highly recommend picking it up if its on sale or just anywhere.
