Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction was another improvement over the PlayStation 2 games before it. The controls have changed somewhat but it felt more responsive and I had fun with this one. I would consider this to be an improved and graphically enhanced version of Up Your Arsenal. You will start off on Planet Kerwan and move to other planets in the Solaris Galaxy. I can see why this game originally got a 7 and it was because it wasn't anything new. It was the same Ratchet & Clank but just in High Definition. The way you travel to planets was different but still the same. You jump into hyperspace this time around. You still meet same characters like Captain Qwark and some tool guy but you'll meet new people along the way. This time, you will fight some new boss who wants to use an item called the Dimensionator and try and alter time and space. He's a little alien freak but he's evil. The game is still humorous and fun to play and that's really where Ratchet & Clank shines.
