This game will leave you astonished, it is the best Ratchet and Clank game to ever be released.
This game will explode to life from the very beginning. The game takes you all the way back to Kerwan, only this time it is new and improved. Everything the earlier games did right, Tools of Destruction did better.
The graphics are amazing and the gameplay has improved by a big margin. From the opening cutscene you will realise just how much the franchise has improved over the years, I was amazed with the first one when it came out; this one has amazed me even more.
There are many things that make this the best Ratchet and Clank game, one of them is the epic storyline. This is one of the best in the series, however A Crack in Time may just edge it on the storyline. However things like weaponry, enemies, level design make this game better than a Crack in Time, and as a matter of fact all of its predecessors.
Tools of Destruction supplies the best weaponry ever seen in Ratchet and Clank. Even some old weapons have been re-introduced such as the Pyrociter (now known as the Pyro-Blaster).
The level design is the most amazing out of any of the games. Unlike most of the games every planet has a different feel to it, a purpose, something that makes them unique. The first game did this best, and Tools of Destruction has brought it back with amazing style.
This game introduces a few new characters, however you will feel just as connected to them as you did with Big Al or the Plumber. The four main new ones are Cronk, Zephyr, Miss Apogee and the Smuggler. These people will follow you throughout the game and three of them will even help you fight the villainous enemies, having a team makes it much more enjoyable and epic. That is what Up Your Arsenal did so well, and Tools of Destruction has made it even better.
As you can see Tools of Destruction has improved over the other games in every aspect, making this the most stunning Ratchet and Clank game ever.
This is one of the very few games I will rate as a 10
