The game has good and bad elements, but it seems the bad outrule the good. You might want to look at something else.

Radiata Stories is not bad but it is nowhere near great. The game often times feels like it is repeated and you almost do the same thing. I was told that this was just like Chrono Cross, if you have heard that is not true. The only thing that holds similar to Chrono Cross is the ridiculousy insane number of characters you can have in your party. You start out with Russel your annoying troublemaker youth who lands a spot as a knight in the kingdom just because his father was famous. The game does have some cool characters and Tri-Ace fans will be glad to know that Lenneth Valkyrie makes a cameo as a party member. The game is not great but it is not bad you will probly play it for 20 hours before deciding that it is just to repetitive. I would recommend other games but if you must get it so be it.
