Arguably My Favorite Game Of All Time...

User Rating: 10 | Radiata Stories PS2
Radiata Stories is like I said, arguably my most favorite game of all time, and do not be mean and say stuff like, "oh, well you must have NOT played too many games then", because I have played literally hundred's upon hundred's of games, and I know a game with great potential when I see when. Radiata Stories has many Pro's and Con's to it, but I would like to tell you about a few of the things that make it my favorite game of all time first.

The main character Jack Russel is JUST like me in real life. A sarcastic moron who loves just pissing people off, and even has the same name as my internet name, Jack.... Just without the C and has -anadin at the end. Lol. Anyways, the game play, too me, is AWESOME, with literally over a hundred willing battle participants, and ton's of things to do. You have the Main Storyline, which is great by the way, almost had me to tears at the end, and then you have the jobs you do for money, items, and people. The beginning really familiarizes you with Jack, telling you that he is the spoiled son of a great hero who is just learning how to become a hero himself, and goes off to an academy. By then, I knew I was going to love the game because it looked completely different, the graphics were something else, felt more realistic, even though they didn't look it. The manga-esque look attracted me towards it I guess. But anyways, this game is just a plain awesome RPG that is, quite frankly, very damn good. Now on to the Pro's and Con's:

Pro's: Graphics that are realistic feeling, I know I say this for like, every Square Enix game, but it is true, AWESOME game play, fun characters recognizable to people you may know in real life, the ass, Jack, the preppy snoot, Ridley, and the tightwad, Gantz, as well as others, a great plot that keeps you in the game, also giving you the rock hard decision whether you should split from the humans to go with Ridley to the Magical Creature side and save her, or stick with the humans and not betray your own kind. The game is just so good that it has a long list of Pro's that you need to figure out the rest on your own!

Con's: Not too much wrong with this game, aside from a few glitches, pretty short compared to Final Fantasy, only 3 party members at once even though you can have 175 people, and to me, compared to the enemies in any other game with characters looking like this, the enemies just feel out of place, like they are too vicious, even though they are easy.

Moving on, Radiata Stories on a scale of 1-10, deserves a 10/10 for outstanding characters, awesome game play, great graphics to me, and it is just an overall, perfect game to me! I completely recommend you buy it!
