Hi. I am trying to upgrade D-Horse to battle dress #3. It is unlocked now and when I scroll to it, it says its 150000 GMP. I have loads of GMP so it shouldnt be a problem. when I click on it like I do for everything else in the development menu, nothing happens. No window opens, no message saying I can or can't. Nothing happens. Why can't I develop/equip this one thing?

This is making me crazy. Every time I start a mission with level 2 battle dress my blood pressure goes up. Is this a bug? Has ANYONE else experienced this?
