Definitely PES. FIFA is no match to PES in terms of gameplay and control. Though FIFA has improved a lot, PES is still much better.
Transformers is not a really good game, so don't waste your money on that unless you get it from a cheap deal.
I don't think it will release on Xbox 360 becuase it is a "light gun" game and it made for the Wiimote
