I'm not sure if I would openly recommend it on the grounds that the game has some issues, but there is some fun to be had with it. I played it last year and it's a solid movie tie in game with a few interesting elements, if it wasn't tied to a movie it could of really been something. In the end, for what it would cost to buy today it is worth checking out.

I would buy a few digital versions first and see if you prefer reading a comic in that format.

Is there an error message saying why it hasn't downloaded? It might be that your anti virus is blocking the download.

I would honestly wait for Halo 4 to come out and hop onto that game because I imagine a lot of players will switch over to the new game, so buying the dlc at this point might be a waste.

It has awhile since I studied English in school, but from my experience I found it to be a mixed bag of enjoyable activities like learning about Shakespeare, the themes he used etc to mind numbingly dull books like Oliver Twist. The problem is that the way schools want you to learn to read is in very narrow minded way by almost making it a crime for you to disregard a classic that you couldn't become invested in or care about. People have different taste and opionions especially about art and literature.

Take into account the many forms of literature out there and the different ways there are presented to the reader from a novel, poetry to a comic the list goes on. To be honest this image sums up the way I feel about the way it's taught, just change the context.

Planned DLC is fine, people just continue to have that knee jerk reaction. A game isn't finished a week before launch it is usually finished months in advance for bug testing and polish, now given that time frame, in the past a large amount of the team would be left with hardly anything to do. Having the team work on DLC to support the game post launch is smart and cost effective. It is simple, you can't compare this gen to last gen for complete products because the market has drastically changed, and in the end it is an option to the consumer no one is forcing you to buy any DLC and if anyone is against it, the strongest message you can send to these companies is to not buy the DLC. Either way given the huge success of downloadable games and general DLC it is guaranteed to be around for awhile.

A good example of the use of models is Terminator 1 and 2. A lot of films resort to using CGI straight away which can lead to some lazy film making, and if the money isn't their to back it up it sticks out like a sore thumb. I general think films that use models or in camera special effects are general more creative and edited better.

Animal Man is a good choice and if you liked Batman then you might like Swamp Thing seeing as it's written by Scott Synder. As for other DC titles you could check out- Aquaman Green Lantern Justice League The Flash Wonder Woman
