Fire.C_Rule
Yes, that sounds like the best element, or maybe water in the PC un-contained!

jk But on topic I guess ill stick with air for now!

honestly I have not over clocked much in my life, but this time I think I want to get as much as possible so some decent OCing is what I am planning!

So I am currently working on a new PC, and I am trying to plan whether or not I should use water to cool my machine, or standard air fans. Regardless, I was wondering what do you all recommend? air Vs Water, and which would you recommend?

[QUOTE="xfactor19990"]ah dang, it is probably my CPU- Ordering some new thermal paste, and ya when I go play a game, processor hits 80 degrees!superclocked
Yeah, that is very hot for a Phenom II X4. My son's Deneb maxes out at about 60C (3.6GHz/1.375v) using Prime95, and it gets hot where we live.. Also, go into your bios and crank the fan speed up to 100%...

yep same stuff going on, fans are at 100%

I will monitor temps, but earlier I played probably 30 minutes of CS source no problem, later that day minutes. But I can reboot immediately.

So recently I was gifted a PC, and am working on fixing it up. I am planning on cleaning the insides due to it being quite dusty, but am wondering-how else can I evaluate the problem? Programs to check GPU etc? It only seems to happen when intense computing is needed.
