If you've got the Secrets map, you should be able to identify the Wayne Towers. Get on top of the Arkham Mansion, go to the seaside end, zoom (Z) on to the tower that displays a W. Press X on PC to solve the riddle.

About 16 hours to complete the Story Mode including Riddler's challenges and Character Bios'.
