whereas call of duty 4 looks smart...yeah ok

Again I say,

Yes it does, and I am just stating an answer to the OP. This game looks a lot cheesier than RB6 2! I may rent just so I can back up my theory, but graphics just look rough to me.

Some games just plain suck and the gamerscore is the only reason I would play them. Other games are high in replay value or just flat out fun and I just play them because of that! It is a matter of taste. I like achievements, but they do sometimes take away from the game.

[QUOTE="jiuqielin"]

um, I have heard that you could get the achievement by going under the algonquin-broker subway underpass and stay there for the 5 minutes required. Thing is, I have already discovered Algonquin. Is this a problem for me?

If so, could u guys give me tips on how to get it?

Thanks,

A GTA 4 fan (duh)

Phazevariance

The easiest way was to get a boat and go near an island that isnt 'discovered' yet, and that gives you instant six star rating, then (using the rubber dingy on happiness island) just ride around the island for 5 minutes, the cops and helicopters can't keep up with the dingy and you will ahve it in 5 minutes. I didn't even get shot once.

This worked for me too^^^^^! And YES I would have gotten it legit if I wanted too. I just don't care enough about the game to spend FOREVER playing it! I finished it. I may go back and play some of the side missions (i.e. races, etc.), but after I finished the story, I put it on the shelf with the other games that I may go back and play ONE DAY. MP is nothing spectacular to me...JMO.

I mean jeez, its a fantastic game! But I always see people saying COD4 is better than Halo 3, which it simply isnt. Halo 3 is a lot more polished, has a better story, better ending (I mean comon COD4 is so cliche), longer single player, WAY better multiplayer, WAY better and detailed stat tracking (bungie.net amazing how many stuff you can see about your multiplayer career), it takes a lot more skill to be successful playing halo 3 in multiplayer because if you shoot a person with 3 bullets theyre not dead and they have a chance to fight back, unlike COD4 which pretty much consists of whoever sees who first wins the fire fight. THe musical score in halo 3 is a lot better than COD4 too. Pretty much everything in Halo 3 is better than COD4.

Try to dispute any of my points. Or try to prove that COD4 is better than Halo 3.

TheBigTicket21

you just summed Halo 3 multiplayer, it's not about who sees who first, it's about, who gets luckier and can jump and hold the trigger longer. Call of Duty 4 actually consists of accurate shooting skills and good reflexes what a joke that game is.

PS. I love the realism of fighting against retarded alien monkeys

Laughing alien monkeys...LOL!

I tend to agree with post. I am taking a break from GTA for a couple of days to maybe re-gain interest. It's become kinda redundant. The story is cool and all, but driving is horrid. Overall a fun game, but then again I have never really fancied GTA games.

[QUOTE="wutevrman"]It's okay for a Rockstar game. It's like Bully, but slower, and with guns and hookers and stuff. There's a hint of Crackdown in it as well. Driving sucks (I thought it was a driving game from the title). I like it because it is very time consuming, and working two jobs and being a father and devoted husband I needed something that would consume the rest of my spare time.barilli71

It's like Bully but slower ?!?! You thought is was a driving game ?!?!? Where have you been the last 5-7 years ?

Okay, maybe not slower, but Bully with hoes, stolen cars, and gangsters. I didn'play GTA before this (have the first edition of the one that got banned for ps2, but they won't take it on trade...because it's banned). I didn't say it's not fun. I said it was slow paced and the driving is challenging (is that better). Don't get me wrong, I like the game, I just haven't played enough to get into it yet. I am only a couple of hours in. I can only play after my chitlins go to bed! I bought two copies (we have three 360s and others in the house may want to play, lol). It's definately a buy, instead of rent. Congrats to die hard GTA fans!
