I'm pretty sure it will run on Medium, maybe with a few higher settings, at least if you have bootcamp, might be a different story with only OSX.

I moved to France a few months ago and brought my US 360 with me. I know some games are region free but I can't find enough evidence that mw3 is before I go buy it. If someone knows, please let me know ;-)

PS: If it matters to anyone, I DO know that gears 3 PAL, battlefield 3 PAL and mass effect 3 PAL work on a US 360 (at least the French PAL version)
