@revanxknight: Agreed.

But that doesn't mean I then gut it and skin it.

@revanxknight: Defense? how is that a defense? You can't read. That's a fact. Because all of that blustery macho redneck crap you spew just results in "if you don't like it don't buy it" which... again... if you were paying attention, was PRECISELY what I said I was going to do in the original post.

Does that make sense now or do you need an infographic?

@revanxknight: Except you're still not able to read apparently. Because there's a huge difference between killing animals and killing enemies. And you're the one who decided to come at me with your little m rating rant, so if you want to talk about who's pent up and butt hurt, its obviously you. Because I didn't say to tone down the violence of the combat. I said you should have the option to turn off the gore in the animal cruelty which is totally unnecessary. Obviously that's a lot of information for you to handle. But if you knew your gaming history, you'd know that there are plenty of games that have done things like that in the past.

@revanxknight: There's nothing wrong with killing enemies in games. That is very different than gutting and skinning an animal that wasn't doing anything. I'm sorry you don't care at all about animals and that you're obviously some heartless bastard on top of not being able to read.

@iweir2k17: Except you are ignorant "m8" because you're still missing the point. I'll kill enemies all day long. Doom. Last of Us. No problem. I love gore in games... when its enemies. Not animals. That's not PC. Its about gratuitous vs appropriate. And grow up? How old are you? You can't even process what I'm saying so maybe you just need to evolve.

@iweir2k17: That is not the same kind of gore. I'll watch people get gutted all day long. i don't want to watch animals get gutted. They are not villains to kill.

So why don't you worry about you and shut the hell up? ignorant fool.

@revanxknight: I said IF ITS NOT OPTIONAL if you knew how to read. Clearly you don't. It should be an option. Not everyone wants to watch animals get gutted but still need to make money in game. So why don't you go do whatever it is you want and mind your damn business?

Pretty dead on. Playing Dead Cells for a week before Death's Gambit only further made the clumsy combat of Gambit more apparent. Dead Cells is so smooth and fluid. I've never once called bull on that game. Death's Gambit's deaths are more often about a sheer lack of responsiveness. I really hope they continue to improve the game. But as it stands, I regret paying for pretty pixel art. But at the same time, happy to help throw money at what was clearly a passion project.
