All these methods are really inefficient. That's 50k vials and it will take ages to fill them with water. Revenants is very luck based too and there's the chance of getting pked because of the wildy rejuvenation. IMO I think it's better to do the zammy wines until you get p2p and do better methods.

The GP/HR of the vial method is simply very low. It's very inefficient to do so. The competition/drawback in F2P methods suggest that it is a good method. Regardless of that, it's still a worth it thing to do. You mentioned you can fill 2k (it's 3360) vials in an hour, and each filled vial is 25-30gp each (they're 50gp each). That's 168k/hr. Compare that to headless arrows and zammy wine. Altho it is a viable method for fresh F2Pers that need some quick cash altho headless arrows can do the same if you get the starting money in the stronghold of safety and security. And Jagex do care about F2P. They've made dual wielding F2P, they made KBD a F2P boss recently.
