I disagree with the statement toward the end, since it is a procedural implementation for level layout it has infinite replayability. I align myself with most other reviews placing it as a GOTY contender based on the pure arcade style classic gameplay (Pac-Man) mixed with a dynamic jazzy soundtrack and unique art aesthetic.
