yeah, i think it is a real addiction. i have buddies that were addicted in a very bad way, like 8-10 hours a day. if that's not an addiction to something, idk what is.

i find it sad that this is what gaming has come to. comparing the most minute detail of a game's visual presentation just so the raging fanboys on this site can say how good their console is and how much better it is because u can see more detail in that rock over there or you can see more detailed reflections on the water, two things that most people would never take notice of when playing a good game. we might say "gee, this game has great graphics", but i think this is a bit over the top. it's like a bunch of little kids arguing about who's gameboy is the coolest colour.
