The chances are quite high. I bought my first Xbox at the beginning of last year and I had to send it back two months ago. The Xbox they sent me is still a POS: it takes at least two tries to boot up, and I get a single red ring in the bottom right corner quite often. It's only a matter of time before this "updated" console dies on me again. If I send it back and get another POS console, I'm going to write to M$.

Yeah I agree, I mean I already have the first one and don't find it that appealing anymore, so I doubt I will shell out that much more for a game that hasn't changed much. It seems ubisoft is spending less time on games to turn a bigger profit (i.e. G.R.A.W 2, and now R6V2)...
Same. I have both RSV1 and GRAW1, and, so far, both sequels give me the impression that they are more like expansion packs. But that's just me...
