240 is in 2d mode it will do 750 on 3d apps

In the bios go to your memory settings see if there's a memory remap feature because when mines disabled it only see 3 gigs when enabled it shows all 4 gigs.

You just need a rad, pump, fittings, tubing, reservoir/tline and a water block that will fit your cpu socket. You may need to drill holes to mount your rad or pump. I've been using distilled water with silver coils/silver plated fittings/black tubing and haven't any algae growth for 10 months.

Your ram is running at 1068 MHz thats why the timings are able to be lower because its running at a lower speed. 9-9-9-24 is the recommended timings when you run the speed at 1600 mhz you can change the ram ratio in the bios.
