@Dannystaples14 @kgallis21 Well don't blame "everyone" for that, blame M$ for being a multibillion dollar company that doesn't know how to market their product. You can't be surprised if consumers aren't happy with a product that's marketed to them as having a ton of restrictions without expressing what any potential could be. if M$ really wanted to expand the digital market for consoles, they started by shooting themselves in the foot. I personally have not been fond of anything that M$ has presented for X1 so far, but if M$'s intentions were to expand the digital market then I would've preferred if they stuck to their guns too. Whether consumers hate them or not, opinions will change if they're successful.
Consumers have every right to express their opinion regarding a companies product. If M$ was truly looking to implement a successful digital system along the lines of Steam, then they clearly failed to market this idea to consumers. Instead they marketed a product with several restrictions without thoroughly explaining any reasoning. And if M$ really was looking to go the Steambox route, then why bother backtracking? If they genuinely believed they could've provided a better digital market they were better off sticking to their guns. No matter how much people were hating on them, success would've brought consumers right back to them. Hell, even if they just said the word Steam during any of their conferences would've had my attention way more than anything they proposed.
@COPMAN221ISBACK Well to be fair, it doesn't surprise me when they defend M$. they want consumers to buy X1 so that they can sell their products on it.
@blackothh I've only just recently started the Witcher 1 after both have been sitting on my steam account for awhile from backlog. 12hours in and I'm already convinced 3 will be a day one purchase for me, and I NEVER buy day one.
@Drilbit777 Well on the bright side, SE has such shitty development schedules that KH4 won't drop until you're dead anyway. But you will have the pleasure of about 20 spinoffs for Vita and 3DS.

@AmnesiaHaze The last one is the only good one lol. In my opinion anyway. I was such a huge fan of the first BL that I pre-ordered 2 and dropped for the season pass (something I absolutely never do). I should've trusted my instincts and just hoped for a GOTY edition. While I did enjoy 2 somewhat, I didn't nearly enjoy it as much as 1, and I only enjoyed the last dlc. lesson learned I guess.
