Hi, I wondered same thing, it seems unless a game has been Reviewed at least once, the button to submit a rating does not appear. The solution is simple, go to write review, write a bogus review, save. Then suddenly the rating appears together with your review. But, you did not want a review in the first place. So, simply reopen the review in a second tab (leave first one open) and then click delete review. Once you have done this is deletes both the review and your rating. But, you can return to the previous tab, which still has the ratings displayed and then click on the rating you want again. Magic.

When you refresh the page you will not be able to see the rating buttons, but you have actually rated the game now, you can to your profile page and check that it indeed shows you have rated that game that :)

What can I say, broken site.

Anyway, I have a different problem when I go to my reviews I get an internal error page, let me know if you know the solution to that one ha!

its messed up at the moment, mine says "Total of 46 user ratings spread across 633 releases"...but I can only find the 46 mentioned one, despite the bars showing I rated for ex. 200 games as 8, I cannot find the list of these games anywhere...whats up? had to recently format my harddrive and lost my excel where i kept my ratings, i sincerely hope that GS didnt mess up the database and I will be able to get them out of it

so, there used to be a topic here where we could report if games had wrong information associated with them...now I cannot find it??...not that stuff there was ever answered, reported some games there, not all got fixed...anyway > "Volgarr the Viking" and "Shovel Knight" have crazy release dates (2098?!) and therefore cannot be rated despite both being already out for quite some time...if anybody could fix it I would be grateful, peace

hey DigitalDame, wanted to say thanks, checked today and my 500 ratings have been restored, reviews seem fine for now...you putting me on that list must have helped, thanks for the help! hopefully everything will stay stable from now regarding the ratings, cheers!

well fiddle me timbers, but my 500 ratings are back as of today, at least a week ago when I last checked they were not there...my 40+ reviews seem fine as well...so it is possible to fix it, don't know if they have fixed it globally now or if they do it per account and you still have the issue...but at last finally some piece of good information from GS after months!

just fyi Gamespot, sending emails after users unsubscribed is actually a major legal offense and the suing party would win at court, it is quite a big deal, I know since I work in the gaming business, would advise making this number one priority to fix

"Missing one of your reviews?"...more like missing all...which reviews I am missing, well when I go to my profile I see 0 reviews and 0 ratings today, I say today as it changes every week, why just last week I saw round 20 reviews and 5 ratings from 30 reviews and 450 ratings...anyway missing these https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=thorn3000%20gamespot and a lot of other ones which google does not list....honestly restoring them one by one is nonsense and it is IMPOSSIBLE (don't envy you if you were assigned this job)...you simply need to have a dev develop and run a proper script to do this, the reviews as well as ratings are there and simply their listing on the profiles was severed, there is no other way, otherwise you have just lost the whole review / rating community...

Hi, joining the bandwagon. Seems like this issue https://www.gamespot.com/forums/bug-reporting-feedback-1000006/where-are-the-ratings-30839645/ is still not fixed. Some reviews / ratings have appeared, but not a lot.

1. For ratings - before the issue I had around 450 ratings, after the first disappearance I was left with 2, after this first fix I am currently at 7 ratings, so a lot (over 400) are still missing.

Example of a missing rating, King's bounty The Legend, when I go to it's page I can see I rated an 8 http://www.gamespot.com/kings-bounty-the-legend/ , but on my profile it is not showing up. There are another 400 examples, so can provide as many as needed.

2. For reviews - before the issue had over 40 reviews, after the first disappearance I was left with 0, after this first fix I am at 38, so not a lot are missing. Seems the first fix was aimed mostly at ratings.

Example of review I am still missing, when you go here http://www.gamespot.com/montagues-mount/user-reviews/2200-12540713/ you can see my review of Montaguese Mount that you can find a link to on the page of that game, however when I go to my profile http://www.gamespot.com/profile/reviews/ bam and it's not there listed among the reviews.

I'm joining the bandwagon, over 400+ ratings and a quite a few dozen reviews are gone....however I think it is just a listing bug on our reviews and ratings homepage...when I go to the separate games in question I can find my own review in the user reviews, even better I can find my own numerical rating for games I only had a numerical rating...this should definitely be repairable, probably after a recent bugfix patch on the website something has gone wrong and reviews / ratings done previously are not correctly listed, however any done at the moment now appear correctly
