Its good if you live in the middle of the Sahara, use hwmonitor for temps whatever your using might not be telling the truth.

102C at idle for CPU?

You need some better cooling,or cleaning your PC from dust,it can slow down fans.That is a very dangerous temperature,its shortening CPU's life-span,and it could die soon.I wonder how it manages to work under load.

As for GPU,that's also very bad,you simply need better,more effective cooling,else,you may see some serious hardware failure.

EDIT:Another possiblity about CPU is that your current fan/heatsink isn't touching your CPU fully,try checking that out.If not,consider getting a new one,they're not too expensive,especially if you don't have overclocking in mind...
