Any activity that you would only feel comfortable doing when not in the presence of your significant other... is cheating.Any activity that you wouldn't want your significant other to engage in with out your knowledge... is cheating.
Under the right set of circumstances, I'd have to guess anything could become addictive... so, yes gaming addiction is possible.
