are you high? Just about every major developer has sung the Wii-U's praises. It has been reported on numberous sites, that it's 5x more powerful then a 360. Microsofts own analysis has their next gen machine being 6x more powerful then a 360. Where the PS4 fits in all this is still unknown but probably in the same ballpark. Next gen will come down to games and ease of development.
Well regardless what specs the PS4 and the Nextbox are, 1080p is the standard in the living room and will be for the next 5 years. I still use a 4870 gfx card and it still holds up for 1900x1200 res games with high quality settings. The Wii-U should be using a more optimized version for their console. Whatever visuals PS4 and Nextbox have an advantage over the Wii-U will be pretty neglible to the average consumer.
The Wii-U from a technical standpoint, should do exactly what it needs to this generation. Run @ 1080p with 60 fps and have dx11 support. Most developers have stated they have been impressed with what they have seen and the ease of use in programming for it.
