An exclusive game for a console, i..e not appearing on any other console that is a 10.0, or you could be referring to the slightly less prestigous AAAE, which means an exclusive game only coming out for one platform which gets above a 9.0.

I started off in the Commodore 64 days with cassette games, which literally would take minutes to load. So anything after that doesn't bother me too much. I've never really come across load times that have ruined a game for me.
