That would be SOCOM ! check out socom.com for the new video.

As for MGO, I absolutely love that game and it has definitely tied me through this summer waiting for SoCrack to start Beta Sept. 1 Beotches!

[QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"][QUOTE="nyc05"]

Is there really a graphics comparison going on in this thread between Quest for Booty and Bionic Commando: Rearmed?:?

That's absolutely absurd.

Like, really, really absurd.

Tell me about it... :|

Yeah, I mean this isn't even one of those debates where there's an argument for both sides.

Quest for Booty, the follow up to one of the best looking PS3 games, murders, kills, stomps, and humiliates Bionic Commando: Rearmed in the graphics department.

If one prefers the look of Rearmed more, that's fine. But to say that it looks better is laughable, and frankly not even debatable.

Thank God for your logic and to others in here like you, when I first read that someone was actually comparing the graphics of Ratchet and Clank QFB to BC, I initially got mad and said to myself that's it, I'm done with gaming forums, and then the dude actually posts pictures which only further confirm BC's but raping by Ratchet and Clank, but it's good to know that not ALL the world is insane.

Anyways, it sounds like this a-hole of a reviewer docked the game soleley cause he expects $59.99 value out of a freaking $15 dollar PSN downlaoadable release.

is there a way to increase the volume of players voices on MGO? Anyone else think the mic levels are way toooo low.YoungSoul

In gameplay options there is an option for players to turn up their mic output volume.

[QUOTE="nightshade536"]I just wish it had more replay value. I got it a long time ago and got bored, i traded it in for like 25 bucks.

I think the thing is... the game feels like an adventure. and once you have finished it the adventure is over... not much point going back,, except to enjoy the amazing visuals. but whilst it lasts, this game is gripping me like no other...

I agree, Uncharted was the best game I've ever played, story wise, graphics wise, gameplay wise, action action action. I also loved how there were no load times during the entire game. I'd have many instances where a cut scene would end and I'd just sit there for a while not realizing that I could actually now control my character, the gameplay was so fluid. A couple friends of mine who came over experienced the same thing. Uncharted is a ****ic, gangsta as gangsta shoot em up game, and you've got to love Drake's character and personality and all the subtle animations.

That said, MGS4 is now my number one game of all time because the total package of the final saga of the Metal Gear series plus a wicked awesome online mode will defo hold me down throughout the summer until SOCOM Confrontation.

IMO MGO is better than COD4. It has a more tactical feel to it, it feels like SOCOM with better graphics. COD4 got boring for me after a week, but I'm loving Metal Gear Online.

It's an obvious stab at DVD technology. If Kojima wanted to make the point that his new game didn't require multiple discs, he woulda done it with MGS2 and/or MGS 3, both of which were on the then new technology called DVD, and both of which did not require multiple discs. Point is, there was no controversy when Sony came out with DVD as their format of choice for the PS2, cause everyone rightfully understood that having more space would make for a better game. Unlike this current generation when fanboys of other consoles were so blind by their devotion to their beloved consoles that they gave PS3 **** every chance they got saying "Blu-ray is not needed, Sony is forcing the blu-ray on usm whatever blu-ray can do, DVD can do it better. We want to have a choice not be forced to have Blu-ray." This goes for fanboys and fanboy/corrupt gaming media types.

Here we have Kojima clearly stating that MGS4 does not need multiple discs (DVD) being that a 50 gb blu-ray disc has the capacity to hold this ginormous game on one disc. What'll they think of next LOL!

ok what are you guys talking about?? You download qore and you get into socom beta? Whats qore and when does socom beta start?GFreydson

You can go to Socom.com and read some information about the upcoming beta. They have not released a start date for the beta yet. Qore is a online interactive Playstation HD video magazine. The first issue will be released tonight with tonight's PSN update. It's $2.99 for each individual episode and I believe $24.99 for 13 months. You only need to buy the first individual episode to receive an invite to download and access the Socom beta whenever it starts.

It's only short if you like to have you r games needlessly extended with boring extra fluff and worthless boring padding. Personally the first time I played it on easy mode it took me over 11 hours to beat, but what an eleven hours those were! I'm talking about NONSTOP action, no loading times, no slow spots, no boring useless extras to fill out a game's length. Uncharted is like a AAA action movie, one of the best you've ever seen and definitly the best you've ever played. What a showpiece it is for the PS3, with the best graphics of any console game to date, and easily rivals the BEST PC has to offer.

Yeah dude, open it and enjoy it. Don't listen to the it's short bullcrap. The game will keep you on edge with nonstop heart pumping adrenaline kicking action from start to glorious end.
